Welcome to Oral Surgery Victoria
We are pleased to safely welcome you to our oral surgery practice.
Our priority is and always will be to keep everyone safe, including our team members and the patients trusted to us from our valued referring dental and health professionals.
Our practice continues to use covid, flu and cold prevention measures such as advanced air filtration, aerosol removal and negative pressure operatories.
Please advise of any special circumstances at the time we book your appointment.
Please remember to bring all the additional necessary information required for your appointment including:
- List of all medications and supplements presently taking
- Name of family doctor
- Dental insurance information – including Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
- BC Services Card / Personal Health Care Number
- Completed Health History & Acquaintance form (if you haven’t already completed or if the information needs updating)

We Are Here to Help
Once we have received the referral from your dentist or health care provider, one of our team members will contact you to set up your first appointment. Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining the information we have received and your diagnosis. Treatment options and recommendations will be explained by Dr. Nagy.
Occasionally, and for our out-of-town patients, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history will be needed prior to the appointment. Our team will explain, and forms can be completed and submitted to our office in advance. If, at any time, you have additional questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask us!
